Hi, I'm Keira.
Hello!I believe that wellbeing isn't something reserved for a lucky few, It is something we need to intentionally build, nurture and strengthen throughout our lives.
I'm the founder of Flourishing Pathways, a positive psychology educator, facilitator and leadership specialist with a passion for helping people, families and organisations move beyond simply coping to genuinely flourishing.
Over the past two decades I've worked with large organisations, leaders and communities to design learning experiences that create meaningful and lasting change. I've come to believe that the most powerful learning isn't just interesting. It changes how we think, how we connect with others and how we live our lives.
That's why I created Flourishing Pathways.
My work is grounded in both research and practice. I hold a Master of Applied Positive Psychology, a Master of Educational Leadership, and a Graduate Certificate in Adult Education. I'm also currently completing a Master of Neurodiversity and Autism, reflecting my commitment to creating inclusive, strengths-based approaches that support people of all abilities to thrive.
Everything I do is evidence-based while remaining practical, human and accessible. Whether I'm working with parents navigating the joys and challenges of family life, leaders creating healthier workplaces, or professionals wanting to deepen their understanding of wellbeing, my goal is always the same: to translate research into simple, practical strategies that people can actually use.
My approach is strengths-based, neuro-affirming and deeply person-centred. I don't believe flourishing means having a perfect life. It means developing the skills, habits and relationships that help us thrive, even when life is difficult.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: every person has the capacity to flourish. Sometimes we just need the right knowledge and support, and someone to guide and support us to see what's possible.
If you're looking for practical tools, genuine conversations and evidence-based approaches that create meaningful, lasting change, I'd love to help you discover what flourishing can look like for you.
Our Philosophy

Our Vision
To help you move from simply surviving to genuinely flourishing.
